Price

Package prices start at $200 (set up and delivery fee). You will receive tickets that your guests can redeem for gourmet carnival treats. A minimum of 10 tickets are required please.

Regular Tickets: $5 each (ice cream, shaved ice, drink & chips combo).

Gourmet Tickets: $6.50 each (waffle cones, hand dipped cones, sundaes, gourmet cotton candy, shaved ice).

Payment

Tax is additional. Enjoy a discount if paying with cash. We also accept e-transfer to (sales@canadacottoncandy.com). A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and, the remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before event please.

 

Delivery

Our local delivery covers up to 25km from our shop in Dunrobin, On. Additional travel fees may apply. We will arrive 30 minutes before your event starts unless otherwise arranged. We will call your cell phone upon arrival. Please greet us outside and direct us to set-up area.

 

Set Up
A clear path to the road is required for the entire event to ensure we can leave in a timely manner. Kindly ensure that no vehicles are parked in this pathway. Our truck and trailer will need at least 35’ at the set-up location. The set-up surface must be dry, firm, and flat (grass, pavement, gravel etc.). Our vehicle is not able to drive over most curbs. 

 

Power Requirements
We bring our own inverter generator. If you would prefer, we could use your power instead. In that case, please provide a 50-amp outlet within 25’ of setup area.
