Sales
To maximize success, we ask for a minimum sales target of $600 please. This equates to approximately 100 items sold within a 2-hour window. Upon reaching the goal, we will donate a portion of the profits back to your organization (if you wish). The more we sell, the more you earn! We will e-transfer the donated amount to the organizer's email account within 5 business days.
If the sales target falls short, the organizer can make up the difference. Example: if sales are only $500, the remaining balance would be $100. In that case, the organization can pay the difference. If you cannot commit to this minimum, a booking fee may apply (refundable once sales target is reached). To ensure the sales target is reached, we ask for exclusivity for cold treats and sweet desserts please (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Delivery
We will arrive 30 minutes before your event starts (unless otherwise arranged). We will call your cell phone upon arrival. Please greet us outside and direct us to the set-up area.
Set Up
A clear path to the road is required for the entire event to ensure we can arrive and leave in a timely manner. Kindly ensure that no vehicles are parked in this pathway. Our truck and trailer will need at least 35’ at the set-up location. The set-up surface must be dry, firm, and flat (grass, pavement, gravel etc.). Our vehicle cannot drive over most curbs. Please send us a site map of your event as soon as possible.
Power Requirements
We bring our own inverter generator. If you would prefer, we could use your power instead. In that case, please provide a 50-amp outlet within 25’ of the setup area.
Volunteers
We want your fundraiser to be successful and enjoyable for everybody. To ensure that all goes smoothly, please assign a volunteer or two to help with the children. Volunteers can assist the children in the lineup and help them pour their flavors on their shaved ice.
