Your party guests will enjoy free treats at no cost to them. You will receive tickets that can be redeemed for gourmet carnival treats.

Price
Package price starts at $250. You will receive 100 tickets that your guests can redeem for gourmet carnival treats. Ticket prices are $6 each with a minimum of 100 tickets please.

 

Tickets can be redeemed for any menu item - shaved ice, fresh squeezed lemonade, iced coffee and cotton candy.

Payment
Tax is additional. Enjoy a discount if paying with cash. We also accept e-transfer to (sales@canadacottoncandy.com). A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and, the remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the event.

 

Hours
Our business hours are from 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm (after hour events are an additional $100). This package includes one hour of service. Additional hours may be available (please inquire).

Delivery
We may need to arrive 3 or more hours early if we have other drop offs that day. In that case, we will leave a small, locked trailer on location. We will call your cell phone upon arrival. Please greet us outside and direct us to the set-up area.
 
Set Up
A clear path to the road is required for the entire event to ensure we can arrive and leave in a timely manner. Kindly ensure that no vehicles are parked in this pathway. Our truck and trailer will need at least 15’ at the set-up location. The set-up surface must be dry, firm, and flat (grass, pavement, gravel etc.). Our vehicle cannot drive over most curbs. Please send us a site map of your event as soon as possible.
 
Power Requirements
There are no power requirements. 

Volunteers
We want your fundraiser to be successful and enjoyable for everybody. To ensure that all goes smoothly, please assign a volunteer or two to help with the children. Volunteers can assist the children in the lineup and help them pour their flavors on their shaved ice.
